Booth Fee Payment

Full payment of the Info/Org Vendor Space Fee is due no later than April 18, 2026. Payment secures your assigned vendor space for the 30th Annual East Maui Taro Festival in our Information Tent.

Taro Farmers are not required to pay using this link, you may pay cash to our AG Chair day-of-event.

Space Confirmation

Non-Transferable Space

Vendor booth spaces may not be transferred, shared, sold, or reassigned without prior written approval from the East Maui Taro Festival Committee.

Rain or Shine Event

The East Maui Taro Festival is a rain-or-shine event. Booth fees are non-refundable due to weather conditions.

Compliance

Vendors agree to comply with all festival rules, setup and breakdown times, cultural guidelines, and County of Maui regulations.

By submitting payment, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Mahalo for your participation and support of the East Maui Taro Festival and our mission to promote and perpetuate Hawaiian culture with kalo as our foundation.

Ag Tent Maps will be sent to all confirmed vendors by April 12th 2026.

Most likely all Returning Farmers + Ag Vendors will have same placement as last year!
