Space Confirmation
Vendor space is considered officially confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Please reach out to our email (info@tarofestival.org)
Non-Transferable Space
Vendor booth spaces may not be transferred, shared, sold, or reassigned without prior written approval from the East Maui Taro Festival Committee.
Rain or Shine Event
The East Maui Taro Festival is a rain-or-shine event. Booth fees are non-refundable due to weather conditions.
Compliance
Vendors agree to comply with all festival rules, setup and breakdown times, cultural guidelines, and County of Maui regulations.
By submitting payment, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Info Tent Maps will be sent to all confirmed vendors by April 12th 2026.
