Arts & Crafts Vendor Booth Fee – Terms & Conditions

Payment Due Date: March 20, 2026

  1. Booth Fee Payment
    Full payment of the Arts & Crafts Vendor Booth Fee is due no later than March 10, 2026. Payment secures your assigned vendor space for the 30th Annual East Maui Taro Festival.

  2. Failure to Pay by Deadline
    If payment is not received by the stated due date, your confirmed vendor space will be released and offered to the next applicant on the official WAITLIST. No additional reminders are guaranteed.

  3. Space Confirmation
    Vendor space is considered officially confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Submission of an application alone does not guarantee placement.

  4. Non-Transferable Space
    Vendor booth spaces may not be transferred, shared, sold, or reassigned without prior written approval from the East Maui Taro Festival Committee.

  5. Rain or Shine Event
    The East Maui Taro Festival is a rain-or-shine event. Booth fees are non-refundable due to weather conditions.

  6. Compliance
    Vendors agree to comply with all festival rules, setup and breakdown times, cultural guidelines, and County of Maui regulations.
